"On the whole the stay was fine. However we had a meal in the restaurant and was told by the waiter it would be put on the bill. However sometime after ten pm when we were all asleep we had a call saying we need to go to the restaurant to pay the bill. Our granddaughter was asleep and this woke her up.i had to get dressed. Also no one told us we had pay for the car park. Then this morning I had a text saying payment for the hotel had been attempted but was declined I had to go to reception...

"The only bad thing I can say about our stay was that there was only 1 pillow each on the double bed. Normally, in every other hotel I have stayed in, there has either been 2 pillows each or 1 pillow each but 2 spare pillows somewhere in the room. Unfortunately, I didn't find another pillow so I thought it would be ok, however, I woke at 2am with back pain, so had to use a folded towel to put under my pillow, which helped a little."

"The staff are amazing and very accomodating we had an issue with the inital room allocated but it was resolved very quickly. The reception staff and the duty manager on shift were very kind and understanding."

"Spacious, with plenty of storage and spotlessly clean . Lots of sockets , hairdryer and even a torch . The bed was comfortable with a nice soft duvet. Room could be heated to your own personal preferences . Access to a lovely pool. Perfect place to stay if you are attending a function at the ICC as it has a private access bridge to the centre accessible via your keycard. "Attended a business dinner then stayed overnight. The food was lovely including the breakfast. Rooms were good (great shower pressure!). The only slight negative was that the earliest breakfast (Saturday) was 8am. My colleague had to leave at 7:15 so he left without food. "
