"The stay was great, staff are excellent. The room was lovely and clean, slight down was the walls were marked but everything that could be cleaned was spotless. I marked down as on our last morning there was no hot water, this was due to their boiler breaking down so not a fault of the hotel, the reception apologised and said that we were welcome to use the showers in the spa! But unfortunately it was freezing outside and it's a bit of a walk to the spa so a cold wash had to do!! Will stay there...

But we only had one hand and one bath towel in there - we didn’t notice in the evening, then didn’t have time to ask and wait for any in the morning when we realised so had to just share… "
