"The only option available for us was a family style room. It was spacious in that there were two queen beds and a sitting area. Our patio was completely secluded due to the trees in front. The property itself is so beautifully landscaped. Your stress will melt away! The staff is friendly and accomodating. I asked for an iron and one was delivered promptly, though they weren't sure if there were any. It was away from the town area and anything you do away from there will cost a grip to get to....

I told the front desk; they said they would look into it; but nothing was done. In addition, the TV didn’t work on the third day that we were there. "The Bougainvillea condos were safely located on the Reserva Conchal resort where we enjoyed many resort amenities, such as the beach club, Neenda restaurant, and Playa Conchal beach. The condo was clean and well-maintained with air conditioning (very important) and laundry facilities in the condo (much appreciated). The internal shuttle to the beach club was easy to call for and very efficient. Bring money in small bills (dollars ok) as you'll want to be giving some cash tips for the services....
