"Amazing hospitality. We loved the whole vibe of a ryokan hotel. Strolling around the property in kimono was very relaxing. Having private balcony onsen was also amazing! Our only issue was the quality of meat received at the Japanese grill restaurant. One day is was great. The next day, the same cuts of meat were much tougher. "

Although the room was spacious, there was no luggage rack and very little layout space. Adding some hooks would be useful. All in all, it was a very pleasant hotel with a beautiful garden and interiors. "
