"Greatly enjoyed this stay. Big resort up in the hills offering a great view of the city out the windows. The room was big and comfortable. For dinner, we ordered the special set dinner for two which was fantastic with great service. For breakfast, it was a buffet but great nonetheless. The onsens were spacious with multiple pools. "Great location. Older style hotel and our initial room was very poor and we were moved to an excellent room because the air conditioning didn’t work in the first one. The second room had excellent beds, aircon and space. The staff service was impeccable, particularly Miss Watanabe as she helped us with many things like booking restaurants and finding a good Onsen.
