"We had such an amazing stay at this hotel, our stay was only two nights and we wish we could have stayed longer. Not only was the hotel clean, quiet, and easy to get to, but the view from our room was beyond amazing. The ammenities were so lovely, with a quiet onsen spa with views of Fuji, and easy access to a hiking trail that leads to a beautiful viewpoint up on the hills. If youre looking for a luxury hotel with once in a lifetime views of mt Fuji, this is the place for you. "

"We stayed in a standard double room with a queen size bed, room is spacious, modern and clean. Toilet is in a separate room, the shower/tub is in a good size room; both are clean. Hotel offers private spa based on availability which is nice for couples and young families. 10 minutes walk to Takayama JR station and 15 minutes walk to the old town."

"Plenty of restaurants right outside and down the block, the hotel is just a block away from the station entrance, but at the time of the visit, the entrance was being fixed. This is absolutely not a deal breaker because literally right across the street, there was another entrance. "

"This property was very close to the train station and surrounded by a host of food options as well as shopping of all sorts from clothing to electronics. Our room was clean and the space was big enough to move around and enjoy but not so large as to be in excess. We really loved the bath/shower in our room. "Overall it’s good. Nice bar and sauna, efficient check in and out. Good vibes. But rooms are a bit small. We had a corner room which has excellent view but the bed is in the middle of the room, making a small room with even less room to walk around. The wooden bed frame is way too big for a small room and we have to be very cautious when we are in the room to avoid hitting our toes. Also the lightning is bad. No separate switch to turn on the light in the area near the washing basin. When my...

"I had accidentally booked the reservation under only myself, when in actuality, I was staying with my two kids and husband as well. The Receptionist handled it very well (despite the language barrier) and she made sure we had everything we needed. The location is great, very walkable and the view is beautiful. Beds were really comfortable. Nothing bad to say! "
