"ข้อดี - ที่พักอยู่ใกล้กับป้ายสถานีรถบัส Red line No.4 เดินทางสะดวก - บริเวณแถวโรงแรมค่อนข้างดี ติดถนนใหญ่มีแสงไฟสว่าง มีร้านสะดวกซื้อ Lawson ใกล้ๆ, มีร้านอาหาร 3-4 ร้านที่สามารถเดินจากรร.ไปได้ - พนักงานน่ารัก บริการดี - มีบริการรับฝากกระเป๋า, รถมินิบัสของโรมแรมไปส่งที่สถานีต่างๆฟรี (ดูตารางเวลารถที่เว็บไซต์โรงแรมหรือสอบถามที่ front ก็ได้) - ห้องพักและโรงแรมสะอาด ข้อเสีย - ถ้าเลยช่วงหกโมงเย็นจะเดินทางกลับรร.ลำบากทันที เนื่องจากรถบัส Red line รอบสุดท้ายที่สถานีคาวากุจิโกะคือประมาณหกโมงเย็น และแถวนั้นไม่มีรถเมล์สายอื่นผ่านเลย ทำให้ออกไปเที่ยวแล้วกลับดึกมากไม่ได้ - อาหารเช้าฟรี แต่แค่พอกินรองท้องได้ ไม่ได้ดีมาก"

"The hotel was good but depends on what you book for, I booked 3 months before my stay, paid same price as my friend. However, he got a better room on higher floor than me. We paid almost the same price but his room is much new and clean than mine. So no idea how do they arrange that"

"It was amazing, and we wished we had stayed longer in this hotel. It was like having your own little appartement right next to the station and the convenience store. Beds were comfy, and there was a microwave and washing machine in the room. Walking distance of the old street for which the town is famous."

"The hotel was a beautiful building and right on the river which was excellent but it was the staff that made the place outstanding! Taylor was wonderful as he spoke English but everyone went out of their way to help and were so nice. "
