"We enjoyed our room and the facilities, including the pool. However, we found the food was lacking in quality. Our room wasn't properly cleaned when we arrived (there was someone else's underwear on the floor and the mugs were not clean) and we had to ask the staff to clean it again. That being said, the staff were extremely helpful and kind. They definitely made the stay better. We apparently came during "off season" which made the whole area seem like a ghost town. We did find some good places...

La Regina doesn’t have a pool and you have to pay 1M to use the jacuzzi for an hour Which is severely overpriced BUT The staff were amazing, Nick and Patrick made the stay well worth it. They get an exceptional rating for service but the boat and the good lack lustre"

"The staff and manager at this hotel are beyond expectations, very friendly, so helpful and kind. The pool is absolutely amazing. It’s a five minute free shuttle that runs every 20 minutes. The pool must be at least 40 m or more long. It’s huge and it’s beautiful set right on the side of the beach. I highly recommend this hotel."

"What a great hotel. Huge rooms. Fantastic value for money and Chow our host couldn't have done more to make our stay perfect. He even booked us a return transfer to Hanoi at a really good price and can arrange cruises as a superb price. I left a dress and he went to the trouble of getting it back to me. What a star "

"Night staff was not nice at the furst day and he cheated the currency conversion. I found that out on the next day. He wasn't nice on the second day either. I also booked a taxi but the taxi came 30 mins late so I was almost late for my flight. Hotel was very expensive compare to its facilities and its service. Hot noodle breakfast was very good though."
