"Beautiful hotel and convenient location. Room had sea view. The property is well kept and maintained. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The breakfast buffet had excellent food selections to choose from but pricy. The only thing I would recommend improving on were the quality and tastes of the dinner dishes. The seafood was not fresh as I expected from a seaside town and the steak and pepper sauce were cold. The tastes needs to justify for the price. I would recommend grabbing dinner elsewhere. Overall, I recommend this hotel for the stay in Ha Long Bay!"

"Great luxurious hotel. Staff very nice but they don’t speak English or understand English. The management team is amazing helpful and fluent in English. Beautiful pool and amazing rooftop views. Excellent Spa service with sauna and steam bath. "

"Everything was great. The rooms were very big and everything worked well, kids loved the tv with YouTube. Manager was great and very responsive on WhatsApp chat, for example I wanted to confirm the breakfast times at 8pm and received a response right away. The area was very quiet which was odd as it was close to everything including the cable car. We think it must have been the low season and everyone else might have just been out on cruises. Staff on site were very responsive and helpful, everything we needed was easy to communicate despite the language barrier. Perhaps people who want someone who speaks their native language to be on hand 24/7 should holiday close to home. I was able to easily inform the cleaning staff that we didn’t need our room made up just water, toilet paper and bin change. My husband got the wifi password from the front desk from the lovely non English speaking man who also helped us with our bags. He interacted with our kids in the lift without needing to speak, everyone was smiling and happy. We enjoyed the breakfast, they made the eggs fresh for us and offered Pho also made fresh. We found a place nearby that rents bikes for a few dollars so got a big family bike for 100baht for 1h20mins. Good pub nearby that serves large meals. Lunch cruise was great, we saw a lot and noticed that the boat and practices and procedures were much better and safer than other companies. Boat was in immaculate and very safe entry and exit unlike other companies. "

"I don’t have enough words. From the customer service booking my stay, accommodations, attention to personal detail and service on board I can’t say enough. I thoroughly enjoyed the excursions! It was a cool and cloudy day, and ai loved my stay so much i plan on re booking when the weather is much nicer! "

"I booked a Deluxe cabin for 2. Got a pleasent surprise during the check-in as they provided an upgraded Premium cabin to me. The entire process from check-in to checkout including the to and fro transfer to the Cruise and the excursions was hassle free and nicely managed. The entire staff was very courteous and was able to help us out whenever needed. The food (breakfast, lunch and dinner) was also good, infact they also provided Indian food which was also a surprise for us. There are couple of improvements which we have communicated to the Cruise Managers and has been well noted by them for future experience 1. Good quality WIFI should be made available on the entire cruise. It was only available in the Restaurant and Reception area and that too didn't work sometimes 2. Some of the Indian dishes didn't have right amount of salt infact no salt I would say and couple of dishes not prepared as per the description like Laccha Paratha(chapati was served instead of layered paratha) and Poha (made of rice instead of rice flakes)"
