"No one worked reception desk when I arrived. I waited along time with no help. I found the room key and went to the room. No towel, no hot water, no remote control for the TV. They turned off the electricity to the shower hot water, only on once a day, but never at the same time. "

"when we first arrived at Halo Homestay - we were concerned because it was not in a very nice area. We didn't realise how big Halong Bay city is. we were expecting sleepy little fishing village!! "Amazing host. Can't give my compliments enough to Dat. He cared for each of us like we were a member of his family and I can say to any traveller you will always be in safe hands. He knows all the best spots to go and has access to some of the best restaurants on the island. On top of this the hotel was modern, clean and the restaurants food was incredible. I literally can't think of a single issue with Seoul 2."
