"when we first arrived at Halo Homestay - we were concerned because it was not in a very nice area. We didn't realise how big Halong Bay city is. we were expecting sleepy little fishing village!! "EXPEDIAで予約完了後、チェックインに部屋が無いと言われました。 このあとが最悪です。 ホテルへ30万ドン（約1500円）直接払えば部屋は用意すると直接取引を提案してきました。 こちらは既にexpediaへ返金不可の条件で支払済と伝えると、 expediaのサービスセンターへホテル側が電話をして、expediaへの部屋の用意はないと伝えていたようです。 私に電話を変わり、expedia側から上記の説明を受け、expediaとオテル側の起因でキャンセルとさせて頂き、請求は取り消しする旨の案内を受けたため、了承し他のホテルへ泊まることに。。。 ところが請求がしかっりカード会社に計上されており、相殺目的のマイナス請求も未だ確認できていません。 ホテルの直取引の提案、expediaのキャンセル未処理、双方に怒りを覚えてます。"

"Amazing host. Can't give my compliments enough to Dat. He cared for each of us like we were a member of his family and I can say to any traveller you will always be in safe hands. He knows all the best spots to go and has access to some of the best restaurants on the island. On top of this the hotel was modern, clean and the restaurants food was incredible. I literally can't think of a single issue with Seoul 2."

"This was a great little place to stay on Cat Ba. When we went it was just the start of the tourism season, and there were a lot of building works next door. The layout of the hotel is lovely but there are a LOT of stairs - ours ended up on the 4th floor with no lift available! The staff very kindly took our luggage up and down however but this is important to note! The breakfast is ok, nothing special, and doubtful they make it fresh when you order - I think they cook it that morning and leave...
