"I like that the hotel staff were kind, polite and very helpful in any request specially the girl who help us to check in and out (do not have her name) also I love the Breakfast Buffet. The only thing is that they need to update the coffee machine, hair blow dryer and bath soap containers."

"The staff were so welcoming at this hotel & did everything to make you feel welcome. The included breakfast was amazing & the waiting staff here went above and beyond. The rooms were a little dated but it is an old city so it's to be expected. Shower room was great, bed super comfy, safe in room. great rooftop with good views to the square. Negatives were the huge TV stuck out into the room at an odd angle and the 1 elevator was Super slow"

"We booked a package deal on Expedia and found it to be a great value. Although our room was a bit on the smaller side, it was still very comfortable. It turned out to be a perfect spot to celebrate my 50th birthday! Despite being located on a bustling street, the rooms were surprisingly soundproof, ensuring a peaceful stay. We especially enjoyed winding down each evening on the rooftop with a glass of wine. We would definitely stay here again!"
