"An older property, which is nice cause the rooms are bigger. Nice and helpful staff. We arrived around lunch, were not able to check in, but the hotel did keep our luggage so we could walk around. Welcome drinks were a treat. The cons are the pool being on the shaded side of the hotel. Overall, good experience at the hotel, did not enjoy the beach, too many vendors all looking for your business, same on the street, we later found Castillogrande beach, and would recommend that area if you want...

"We got room with balcony facing the beach and room had two bathrooms. Drainage system around the property was bad as street got flooded after rain and made it hard to walk around."

"There’s a lot of art throughout the hotel. The staff was really helpful and responsive. The hotel provides a lot of amenities. The rooftop is a really nice spot to hang out. The air conditioner leaked in our room, but the staff took care of it. I wish breakfast started before 8am, since most tours begin at that time. The music from the rooftop bar can be loud at night. The food was really delicious. The staff even brought breakfast to our room right at 8am, so we could make our flight in time. "
