"We visit Buenos Aires often and booked this hotel without knowing anything more than the website ad/photos. Although not the best immediate neighborhood street, it is located convenient to all our needs. We were both pleased with the staff and services. The ONLY point we would offer to inprove would be to provide direct communication with Housekeeping. We had breakfast there every day and dinner on the last evening."

"This is a great place to stay near the EZE airport, with free airport shuttle. The staff are so kind and helpful. There are dining options in hotel and very close by (walkable). "I'd thought I'd ordered a suite with a balcony, but our large room with a sofa was fine. The breakfast was identical each day of our six-day stay, but delicious. Sunny dining area, very knowledgeable staff always near the front desk. Remember your Type I ("eye") plug adapter, Argentina's the only S. American country to use it.
