"Love Hotel Gracery and have stayed here multiple times when visiting Tokyo. Was disappointed that the Godzilla deck was closed to hotel guests as well. Unfortunately Shinjuku is getting less and less safe so I’m not sure we’ll be staying here again but fun area to visit and great hotel overall. "

"Such an amazing experience. I was nervous booking this hotel since it's very new but I was truly impressed by the staff and hospitality. Their mannerisms exceeded all my expectations and will be staying here on my next trip! "

"I want to preface this review by stating this is the first hotel I stayed in during my first trip to Japan. The location is incredible especially if you have large luggage because it is very close to Shibuya Station. The entrance to the hotel was a bit hard to find because it's an elevator door and not a typical entrance. The room was a bit smaller than I expected but I think that is typical for Japan. The hotel staff was great and so helpful. I had tickets to an event sent to the hotel waiting for me upon arrival. The staff also arranged for my luggage to be sent to a hotel in Osaka. The food was excellent, I enjoyed breakfast twice during my stay. The hotel is close to shopping and restaurants and they provided slippers and umbrellas that were needed. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again next time I come to Japan."

"I am a late riser, and stayed on the west side, so I started my days with the sound of trains. All in all, it added to the experience of waking up in Shibuya. And in a building that seems to attract a lot of working and networking professionals."

"The staffs were very friendly, the breakfast was bomb ! , rooms are very clean and great , location is wonderful , services are amazing ! , only the smoking room that needs attention the air circulation is not good. So From 1 to 10 , i would rate 9,7!! For sure friends and i will come back"
