"I highly recommend this hotel. Great location, close to restaurants and activities, clean, very comfortable and clean rooms. I know several people going to Tokyo and I told them they must stay here! Staff was so very helpful, both checking in and out. When I checked out, the lady helping me, Bell Hayashi, was exceptional - she called a cab for me, helped me plan how to get to the airport-discussing several different options, carried my bags to the cab, and overall was so patient and just wonderful. The hotel is lucky to have her as an employee. 5 Stars to her. I had a great experience at this hotel and would not stay anywhere else, due to the exceptional service here."

"Pros: Very nice location and view. Front desk worker (a lady named Anh) was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend. Cons: It was hard to get an Uber/Go taxi to come pick up at the lobby. "
