We arrived early, and the host was very accommodating to allow us to drop off our baggage while the property was being prepared and while we explored the city. This property worked very well for our family as we explored Tokyo. Very convenient location to the Kanamecho station of the Tokyo Metro, as well as a 7-11, Lawson, and Family Mart for convenience shopping. Nice neighborhood, clean house. "Here are the straight facts that will be helpful. 1). Very small, like very very small. While we were only three people, so it was fine, but if we had a person in each bed? "It is very small, but worked out well. The pull-out sofa is quite comfortable, and the kitchen was very nice to have. The washing machine and dehumidifier also helped our stay immensely."

"My family of 4 stayed 3 nights. Everything was excellent. The location was perfect. Plenty of amenities. Loved the shower and heated floors/toilets. The only reason check in wasn't ranked #5 was the need to use an app to open the front door initially. If my phone had better data service or I had the wifi password for the house beforehand I imagine there wouldn't have been a delay in getting inside the house. We would definitely stay here again next time and highly recommend it for families."
