"Free breakfast(although limited space) is just enough for short term traveller like me. The reception allowed us and other guests waiting in lobby to check in 15mins earlier because they finished roomkeeping before check-in time(I guess) and I greatly appreciate that. Although the hotel is on the "quiter" side of the Nagano station, but it is walkable so you will not be short of options for restaurants and other necessities. "

"I closed this hotel due to my last stay at APA Asakusa, Tokyo. The APA hotel and crew again made my trip very easy. From check-in to luggage service, the staff smiled sincerely and with very polite gestures. "I want to start off by saying I had a nice visit, I did the half board option and the food was plentiful and very tasty. Lots of variety, the sushi was not good and their take on Western food isn't great but the Japanese food is awesome. 2 different Onsen areas that alternate gender daily so you can try both.
