An excellent resort for an unique onsen experience and variety of food. This property is popular amongst travellers with young kids.

Enjoyed our one night stay here. Booked one hour private onsen and thoroughly enjoyed the privacy and waterfall scene. Also did the public onsen and enjoyed it as well. Yukata clothing and towels are provided. Excellent service and a sense of luxury even though the hotel itself is dated. Good breakfast.

The hotel is kids-friendly so I highly recommend this place for families who are looking for an onsen stay that welcomes children. The hotel itself is very big and offers various activities. I wish they could improve the traffic at the breakfast buffet. We had to wait for 10-15 mins but it's closed at 9am sharp which meant we had little time to enjoy our breakfast. Will definitely go back when we visit Nagono again.

渓流風呂が開放感があり、複雑な川の流れは他では見れない景観です。入浴中、鹿を見れたのは良い思い出となりました。夕食ビュッフェに関してメニューが豊富、味も満足できる内容でしたが、食べ終わった皿の回収が遅いのが気になり、自分で片付けました。全体的にお得感を感じられる宿泊施設ですが、バレーパーキングサービスがなく駐車場からの道が上り坂なのはマイナス点です。

5年くらい前にも宿泊したのですが、リニューアルされていてお部屋がとても素敵になっていました。館内のスペースも子供が楽しめるスペースや設備があり子連れファミリーにおすすめです！温泉もとても良いです。

はじめていきましたがとても良いホテルでした。お料理も美味しかったし、お風呂も素晴らしかったです。平日に行ったのにとても混んでいてびっくりしました。

スタッフの皆さんの対応が、とても素晴らしかったです。どなたに何を尋ねても嫌な顔せず、受け答えしてくださいました。 滝の湯の歴史が展示されており、興味深く拝見しました。 お風呂も食事もお部屋も大満足でした。

孫達との旅行でした。なのでこちらのホテルを選んだのはキッズパーク(アスレチック)がある事でしたが こちらの資料不足だったのか まさかアスレチックが120cm以下でないと入れないとは…受付で知り残念でした。 親の手を借りてやってる小さな子より低学年位の子が出来る方がいいのでは⁉️ 小さな子が遊ぶ所は充分あるんだから… それでも 孫達も清流露天風呂がとても気に入ってくれてたので 良かったと思います。 ただ ホテルが広く露天風呂までが遠かったし 少しわかりずらく迷ってる親子もいました。
