"The staff was amazing and the hotel itself. It was a little aged, but that was also part of it's "french quarter" charm. The only thing I am dinging them on is that the floor in the room needed swept before we arrived and there was a big stain on the carpet in the room. Other than that, it was a great experience and would stay there again."

Sofa beds are like most and not comfortable so better to bring an extra blanket to sleep on with sofa not pulled out. Facility is clean, older style. Room service must request 24 hrs ahead. "The hotel was clean and felt safe. The staff was very busy but as helpful as could be. Our room was very comfortable and quiet. It’s definitely good spot for walking to most everything in the French quarter. "
