"My daughter and I stayed here for Spring Break 2025. This was my daughter’s first time to New Orleans and she enjoyed her stay here. When we arrived we were placed on the 15th floor. Upon arrival the night agent was a little rude when I attempted to correct how he was pronouncing my name and once we made it to our room, we quickly learned he placed us in a room right next to a generator with auto-shut off. "I have never stayed at a hostel, but would readily suggest y’all for people who do. The bed was comfortable, bathroom clean, though some were closed so sometimes it was hard to find an open one. My room was right at a major intersection, and it seemed the window was really thin so I couldn’t sleep. That was my biggest complaint. The staff were helpful, cheerful and encouraging.
