"Checking in was good we got to check in a little early. Rooms were nice, beds comfortable, self service snack and drink open 24/7 was great. They had Tylenol and ibuprofen available as well as other essential needs. We used the gym and it had everything we needed for a quick workout. "

"Whitehall is a great hotel, bathrooms need to be refurbished. They’re not terrible. Just paint peeling on the ceiling, not bright. Heat pumps do a good job, but the windows let a lot of cold in the winter time. I kept mine set at 83 and it was toasty away from the windows on the 7th floor. Do not expect daily service. You will have to request towels etc."

"This property is a reclaimed hospital, which Hyatt manages under its Hyatt house brand. It’s very close to the freeway, close to West Loop and right near a CTA. It’s on the rush memorial Hospital campus. The rooms are big and spacious. They have breakfast in the morning. And for those in the know, there is parking available on Wood Street for five dollars a night over the weekend. "
