"Staff helpful and friendly, disappointing that the sauna and steam room were out of action. For some time too judging by the sauna having been ripped out. Shame as this was a key point for booking the hotel for our stay"

Room was clean and tidy and we opted for no window room, the bed was comfortable and overall liked everything provided. "Staff were efficient and friendly, first room we were in had worn dirty carpet, toilet wasn't working and wouldn't flush, we were moved with no problems straight away, second room was for someone disabled but was much cleaner, beds moved and were not very comfortable due to this, room was roasting even with windows open, however they provide a fan which helped."

"Really pleased with our overnight stay, had a free upgrade which was lovely, rooms were spotless and fresh looking. Kitchen area had everything you could need. Bathrooms spotless and great water pressure! All staff were very polite and welcoming and it had a good atmosphere. We rebooked parking and it was a very safe place to leave our car. Will definitely use Staycation again!"
