"The staff was great. Viviana at the front desk was very helpful by letting us check in early as my husband had just had cataract surgery that morning. We also had pleasant experiences with the maid service. We ordered room service the first night there and were not impressed by the food. Also, they only gave us one set of silverware and, when we called to ask for another set, they never brought it. We ended up sharing the one set. Other than that, the stay was good."
