Beautiful property, great staff, yummy food. Stayed for 7 nights with the family. Very relaxing, lots of cute animals and birds. My daughter just was missing a good ice cream place and i with my hubby would have loved if resort would have had a good coffee place on a property.

We really enjoyed the Lagarta Lodge, We explored to forest around the lodge and took the electric boat tour on the river. We saw lots of birds, monkeys and a few crocodiles. The food and service were great. Roads to get to Nosara were what I expected and not great but Bad Roads Bring Good People as the sign at the entrance says.

This is such an outstanding place to stay. The room was beautiful and clean, the restaurant had fantastic food, the spa was top notch, the staff were helpful and friendly. The location is absolutely unique and gorgeous. Look forward to staying there again soon.
