"This is my 3rd stay maybe my 4th I was greeted warmly and in my room was a welcome back hand written note with chocolate and water. That just made my day they remembered me and I love that!! I love how close it is to transportation, the cable carts and being on the Thames makes me happy. Staff always so nice and accommodating. "

"Alot better then I expected it too be, my son loved the smart bed, all staff were extra friendly and down to earth, clean staff cleaned daily, bathroom and toiletries were lovely and handy so you didn't to bring your own, Only thing with is a minor fridge isn't very cold but done the job, Aslong as price don't go to silly this will definitely be our new hotel to stay in when visiting London as good location too "

"Modern hotel with all the amenities you would expect. Hotel was clean and rooms were of a reasonable size. Given proximity to DLR and City Airport the sound proofing was excellent. Added bonus was the inclusive breakfast. Main criticism is the lack or electric vehicle charging points. There are several in the car park but none of the work and don't seem to have done so for some time - what a waste!"
