"Really nice hotel for the price, the manager is really nice man who made us feel very welcome & resolved a problem we had with our room instantly. The rooms are generally small but we didn’t spend much time there. There is the Hatagaya station literally round the corner from the hotel & easy links to the main parts of Tokyo. A lovely bakery on the main rd where we picked up bakery items for lunch, hotel has a laundry area which was handy. I would recommend this hotel. "

"Unplanned stay but disappointing, The bathroom had a strong urine smell. The bed was a hard as a board and the room did not keep out noise (trains or people)"

"The hot water pressure was so low that it sputtered a lot. There was barely enough water to take a comfortable shower. The power outlet located at the bottom of the desk was loose and I inadvertently pulled it out of the desk when unplugging my laptop. Very dangerous. Probably one of my worse APA experiences, and I normally love APA. Have stayed, cumulatively, many months at APA. Never at this one again."
