"It was very clean and professional the rooms were small but decent for two people. The amenities offered were extremely helpful especially for long stays. I wish it had been the only hotel we stayed in. "

"All around great hotel for a first stay in Tokyo. Above all the staff are very fluent in English and incredibly helpful -- the concierge was so great for making reservations, suggesting great restaurants that weren't touristy, and since they use WhatsApp w guests incredibly easy to communicate with even when we were out and about. The hotel itself is clean, stylish, and has a great coffee shop and rooftop bar as well as comfortable, sizable rooms. Only caveat: it is a bit of a walk from Shinjuku station (definitely a solid 15 min) but as long as that's not a dealbreaker, this is a perfect hotel."

"I loved staying here at the Knot! I will come back here for my next visit to Tokyo! The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and spacious for Tokyo. The bakery downstairs by the lobby and the bar by the lobby were great. I love it here!"

"The hotel felt more so meant for business-people traveling, the room had a desk and an ironing board. However, the amenities were nice, there was a 7-11 in the building, and the bathroom was amazing (it had a large soaking tub, a waterfall shower head, and a shower wand in the wet room). There were a lot of dining and cafe options within a 10 minute walk, as well as a restaurant in the hotel. "
