The breakfast was outstanding and the servers first class. When asking for a coffee refill it came each time in a clean cup, freshly brewed as the lead server said. All the details matter. We also had outstanding service from Alex the Concierge. Simply it was a perfect experience. "

"Conveniently located next to the train station and a few convenience stores for late night grabs (7/11, Aeon etc). There were also many food options available. Walking from the station was easy and quite straightforward. Use Google maps for everything. "

"We enjoyed our stay and liked our room and the hotel’s location, but the hotel breakfast was quite expensive, much more so than in other hotels that we stayed at in Japan. I’d give the hotel 5 stars, but the pricey breakfast and having to find a breakfast place outside the hotel lowered them to 4 stars."
