I never thought I would find a property renovation negative. However, the nice bathroom upgrades actually took away room space. My room had no drawer space for clothes and minimal hanging space. I normally stay here for a week or longer so not being able to put away clothes or store suitcases really was not optimal. I still really like the location, cleanliness and staff but I will now consider other properties on my next trip

This hotel is a must. Take a walk to the nearest Park and enjoy a delicious pizza, visit a small zoo, shops, and a stroll in a boat. The hotel breakfast was amazing. Worth paying. Love the area. Walkable distance to train station.

A lovely area on Tokyo. Kichijouji is nice. The hotel is great value, but as with most 4 dtar places in Tokyo inside the room itself is obviously small. The staff were verg accommodating. Would definately stay again as a solo traveller or for business. Just lacks the wow factor inside the room, if youre looking for somewhere as a destination with a partner or loved one.

Nothing to not like at this property maybe with the exception of laundry facilities for guests, however down the street maybe a 7 minute walk there is a self service one. Third time we stayed here, and will stay here again for next trip. Clean, convenient, friendly, and affordable
