"Check-in was simple and straight forward and having it at 3 pm was nice (instead of the typical 4 pm). The room was nice and clean. The room was nothing fancy but sine we were out and about all day we were okay with that. The location was convenient to train stops, restaurants, and sightseeing attractions. "

"I really enjoyed my 10 day stay here. Pros: The walkability to shops, restaurants and attractions is great. I was in a suite on the 22nd floor with a gorgeous view of Lake Michigan. Quick elevators. The layout of the suite. The Hilton Honors WiFi was reliable for Discord calls and moderate gaming. Room was clean and daily service reliable. Pool and exercise areas on the top floor were a real plus. Ample towels in room and at pool provided. Curtains block light well. Good climate control. Amazing...

"This was our first visit to Chicago and I looked at a lot of hotels before booking at Hyatt Place. The check in process was quick and easy. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The room was very large and clean. Beds were very comfortable and the breakfast offered had a lots of great options. The location was within walking distance of a lot of the attractions we wanted to visit and the train was a 10 min walk for things that were further away. Inwoukd definitely stay...
