"The lobby was beautiful!! It had a Starbucks. We loved the location because it’s near several sights we wanted to see. We liked the size of the room since we had a suite with 2 bathrooms. However the beds were at most double sized not queen like we reserved. My husband and I aren’t big people and we barely fit on the bed together. I understand the hotel is old but the paint was chipped off. The shower head only shot out hard. The fine print said they charged for you to use the refrigerator but...

"Our stay at this property was perfect for a four day visit to NYC. The financial district was an excellent location, we had the subway and water ferry accessible (walkable and safe distance). But most importantly the staff was incredibly welcoming and beyond helpful (made us feel at home). Martin and Jennifer at reception were incredible too. In-property storage of luggage was definitely a highlight, this helps when flying in before check-in and giving us the opportunity to start explore etc....
