"This property was in the perfect location. Everything was in walking distance. The hotel staff was nice and accommodating. The rooms are small, but they were clean. I would for sure come back. My only recommendation is better lighting , the rooms were dark even with the lights on and to change the chair in the room out for a chair with wheels. It was heavy and hard to maneuver. "

"Great Hotel, but the siren’s are all night and heard loud and clear in the room if you get city view. Fire station is near by keep in mind. "

"This property had a great view of the lake with no other building in front. The room was spacious and clean. Only downfall was the pool was not working on NYE!"

"Had a few discrepancies with one employee telling you one thing, then another employee telling you something different. For example, I reserved 2 rooms, at check in I was told they’d be connected, we get to the rooms and that’s not the case, it actually wasn’t even possible to connect 2 queen suites so now my family was split up on 2 different floors, and they resolved this with giving me complementary water lol. Then I was told when I checked in we had free breakfast, get the bill at the end...
