"I arrived after a rather heart-stopping journey through Storm Darragh. And as I was checking in the power went off. There were a few refugees from the storm and staff who couldn't get home after their shift. The kitchen was in darkness and powerless so no food available but the bar did stay open! The staff were cheerful and helpful finding a duvet to wrap up a chilly lady. True community spirit at it's best!"

"We stayed in a family room. It was motel style as in you have a private entrance. This was great as we brought our dog. The room was clean, warm, comfortable and spacious. There was an iron, ironing board, hairdryer even a small fridge and a good sized TV. Everything we needed. The bar was lovely and reasonable, however I was unaware it closed when a function is on and I found this a little disappointing. The function is loud but did finish at exactly 12. Fully recommend and will stay again as...
