"Staff were lovely friendly and helpful, everything was clean and tidy. The breakfast was super fantastic choice and tasty. The shower was great good pressure and nice soap. However the hotel could do with a update, as the bed was quite hard, decor needs attention in areas and windows need updating as everything could be heard from outside. Although great value for money. "

There was a strange noise coming from the shower throughout the night, we reported this in the morning and that have said they will deal with it."

"The rooms were not ready when we arrived at1:30 but we did get our rooms at 2:45. The lobby was good and the bar was open so no big issue. Staff were very welcoming especially Sharon who went upstairs to see if our rooms were ready. Breakfast in the morning was really good!"

Nothing special but clean, quiet and comfortable. The shower/ensuite was adequate but showing wear and the shower did not drain well. The listing says that laundry is available but be aware that this is a laundry service and the rates are incredibly high! £11.50 to launder a single t-shirt!!! We did not use this service,...

"Great little hotel for the cost, perfectly situated for food and shopping in central Birmingham! Only gripe was the bed kept me up every hour as so uncomfortable! "
