"The property itself was great. I liked how there was an open bath. The beds were okay and the room itself was spacious. I didn't enjoy how far it was from everything but honestly that's just the area. The view of mount fuji was nice though from our window but that depends on the weather of course. Overall was a comfy stay."

"The place is a bit worn out but we appreciate the allergen information displayed on each of their dishes in the breakfast buffet, which is a rare find in Japan. The food is also delicious. I would love to visit there for another meal. "

"Service was great, room was clean with the private bath. Food was great if your into traditional kaiseki like meals. Location is great, about 2 minutes away from the bus stop and there’s a 24hr convenience store right at the bus stop."

"Staffs are wonderful, and Very fluent in English. They go above and beyond to help customers. I am not particularly good at tech. The staffs helped me downloaded, selected right plan for our Hakone free pass. They also make sure we know the time of our bus. Both the indoor, and outdoor hot springs are beautiful. The restaurant, the breakfast, and dinner is both authentic as well as delicious. Everything is an amazing experience. "
