"My mom was unable to get out of Tampa to join us due to weather related flight cancellations. Unfortunately neither Expedia or the hotel were able to make any accommodation. The extra room was left empty through St Patrick’s Day parade week. The place is gorgeous, very nostalgic, and the staff is super kind and welcoming. While I wish the water was much hotter for our showers, it was a very nice experience and a great place to stay. Highly recommended "

I would definitely stay here again. It was close to everything and walkable. Lean on the concierge for local suggestions. The fact that they have security at the front entrace, makes for a safe stay. "Dabriella and the other ladies at the front desk were amazing, very helpful with all of our needs!! Hannah was our waitress in the hotel restaurant and went above and beyond what anyone would expect and the security staff especially Huey were outstanding!! The hotel was very clean, the pool was fantastic and the hotel was within walking distance of almost all we did while we were there!! I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to spend time in New Orleans!!"

"Everything was fine with our stay. We did have issues with the shower not draining properly and only one elevator worked, so it took quite some time to get to the 7th floor and we had to use the stairs often. Other than that, the stay was very friendly and accommodating and we would stay again."

"I was so happy that I stayed at this property. It's so close to everything and so utterly charming. The backyard was so gorgeous with the pool and the cypress trees. The staff was so helpful and friendly. The room was so beautiful and the bed so comfortable. "Very safe, convenient to the WW2 museum. Definitely walkable to the Aquarium/French Quarter. The rooms were a good size. The pillows were not great, and there was not a lot of light inside the room.
