"DOOR KEYPAD ISSUES! Front lobby door to the street would sometimes simply just be open so anyone could come in? When we exited or entered, we'd wait for the door to lock (sometimes it correctly locked instantly). Our room keypad didn't work and after the first night it didn't work at all. But after a lengthy call and waiting - maintenance arrived quick - but had to replace the entire keypad. "We loved the location of this property and the bright comfortable space to relax. It was clean with a well appointed kitchen. The bedroom is also blackout dark for a restful sleep. The washer/dryer worked well and when we needed new door batteries and a lightbulb the service was prompt and convenient. I don't give this a full 5 stars because several of the Roami links for check in did not work. When I did receive the instructions they were clear and accurate."

"We stayed in Apartment 2 instead of the first floor. Our only complaint was the street noise. Traveled to NOLA to watch the Browns play the Saints at Superdome. Easy walk to Superdome. Blocks away from Bourbon St. Lloyd was very responsive when needed. There were tvs in each bedroom. Apartment was clean plenty bath towels for us. "As a group of friends we enjoyed staying here for three nights to attend the wedding of a mutual friend. Each room having its own bathroom was a great amenity.
