"Recently stayed with my spouse in New Orleans. We love the extra security of codes to use the elevator and to get into the room. Also enjoyed having a full size kitchen for snacks. While we don't typically stay in the room much we like to have tv for background noise at night as we are turning in, the wifi was having issues but once I reached out to customer service, they sent someone within minutes to get it taken care of. Will definitely book with Sonder on future travels. "
