"This is a place we have been coming to for several yeas, and we would always try to come here every trip to Tenerife. From the cleaners to the receptionists and those working in the bar they are all extremely friendly and helpful. We are far enough away from the hustle and bustle of holiday makers to have a very relaxing break evey ime we come. Keep it up :)"

"Charming hotel with everything a traveller could want. The hotel itself is beautiful and ideally located. The breakfast is good; there's a warm swimming pool with nice sauna and jacuzzi. The staff are friendly and helpful. We can't imagine staying anywhere else -- highly recommend! "

"All the workers at the hotel are really nice, place is clean and in a great location. One complaint, the Margarita skybar waiter on 3/25 did not like we weren't interested in buying a cabana that was 79 euros and decided to ignore us the rest of the time. So we couldn't use our "welcome" drinks voucher. Good thing there are tons of bars and restaurants next door to the property. "

"I would reccomend this hotel and I would stay here again. We travelled as a couple with a 16 month old baby and the room was very comfortable and balanced having everything we needed for our baby as well as being a nice place to relax. We used the pool and our baby enjoyed using it as well. The staff are very friendly and helped with any questions we had. The hotel is well situated with multiple restaurants, a supermarket, taxis and bars around as well as being near enough to Plaza Duque to walk...
