"Great atmosphere "

"We only had one night here as a result of the Heathrow Airport closure extending our holiday by 24 hours. From start to finish the whole experience was fantastic! We’d only booked in around 2pm via Expedia but when we arrived around an hour later our room was ready to go. We’d accidentally booked a twin and they very generously switched us to an upgraded king room, and as we were handed a glass of Cava each we knew we’d made a good choice. The room itself was amazing. Super comfy bed & sofa, and nice loungers and a table outside on the balcony. Plenty of space around the pools to find somewhere to relax, and the drinks/snacks were great. We ate at the Italian restaurant on the lower level, but the upper level seafood place buffet area looked amazing under the fairy lights. There was some live music on, created a nice atmosphere. Food wine all great, and the service we got at the restaurant was above & beyond. Lovely touch having the tiramisu made at your table! It was delicious. Very reasonable prices too which surprised us - we paid more for a far lesser experience down on Fanabe beach. Breakfast buffet had everything you’d want & more & we arranged a late check out to hang around by the pool for the afternoon before our rearranged flight. It was pure chance we ended up at this resort but it turned out to be an amazing way to end a week in Tenerife. Already planning a return trip!"

"We were welcomed by Isabelle's husband who was very nice and showed us around the apartment which was very clean and spacious and lovely. You need a car to get around to big towns as Adeje was more like a cosy village with no tourists. This was great for us because we wanted to practice our Spanish as we are learning it at home. The only negative about the apartment was the very flat pillows and old bedding, especially the frayed pillowcases, fortunately I always bring my own pillow as I suffer with neck and back problems. They could do with getting rid of some chipped cups as they do have enough good ones. Other than that, it was an excellent and well maintained apartment with a massive patio and lovely views. If Adeje wasn't so hilly, I would come again. "

"This could easily be the nicest hotel I’ve had the pleasure of staying in. We stayed in their sister hotel, Royal Gardens, two years ago and were allowed to use the facilities here. Ever since then, I’ve wanted to come back and stay, and it didn’t disappoint. The whole ambience is the biggest selling point, so peaceful and green with incredible facilities. The river villas with swim up private pool are excellent. Staff were very friendly, great food options and plenty of space around the two pools so it never feels crowded "

"The hotel is literally brand new and we stayed in their 1st week of opening. Chic design, high class fit out and super facilities. Great gym. Very good food. €8 in a cab down to La Caleta. "
