"Out 5th stay at the Vallemar and standards remain consistently high. An excellent frontline hotel with a wonderful roof terrace and pool. "The property is well maintained and very clean. The rooms are cleaned daily and the towels changed each day . The area is safe to move around and the restaurants and shops are within easy walking distance. I loved that the supermarket was only 2mins away and open until 9/ 10pm in the evenings. "What a fantastic place! The staff was incredible nice and they took care of every question and request from us. Hotel manager Jose Manuel and his entire team were amazing! The restaurant operators Yadira and Luis were super courteous and their food quality was A . The cleanliness of the rooms and the dedication of the cleaning crew was second to none. "This hotel is a little gem, steeped in history and very central. The internal lounge area with it's palms and exotic plants is wonderful. I would recommend this hotel so long as you are not looking for luxury. There are lovely views from many rooms and the pool is good. Shame they don't offer tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms. Fixtures and fittings are sadly just looking a bit tired."

"The majority of staff were really helpful and kind and added to my solo visit. Despite mynoriginal booking needsbbeing clear and speaking in advance with the hotels reservations i was given a room on the 8th floor with mainly a street view on arrival. It was late so i took it. The next i day moved to suit my needs and disabilities. The room was comfortable, but i had to get my AC fixed. Despite being all inclusive it did not include tea/coffee etc in the room and i had to pay extra for this....

"Overall terrible experience. The bed for uncomfortable the room was hot and outdated and the towels were like cardboard. We asked to be reimbursed for the night we weren’t going to use because it was that bad and we found another hotel.
