"Beautiful hotel the rooftop pool and bar is perfect. The only thing that let it down was the food I ordered the squid ink croquettes they were frozen inside and had to be replaced. "We really enjoyed our stay at Oasis Hill. It is quite remote - could be tricky without a car - but just 10 mins drive from town where you can find nice restaurants and supermarkets. "Great hotel right in the centre of Puerto de la Cruz, my room had a sea view & balcony overlooking the lido which was nice. I lost my mobile in a taxi and the reception staff (who are very friendly!) phoned the local taxi company and got it back for me which I wouldn't have been able to do on my own as the taxi company only speaks Spanish so I am very grateful for this. Would recommend this hotel."
