"Hotel was lovely. Clean, modern. Lovely room with balcony and hot tub. Amazing views from sun bathing area. Staff very friendly, breakfast buffet good. We booked bed and breakfast but were disappointed with the lack of restaurants in the area that were walkable. Only a few nice ones we found. So the hotel is remote so just go with that in mind but we were more than happy to just stay in the hotel for the vast majority of our stay because we needed a total R and R holiday. We certainly got that."

"Amazing hotel. Incredible pools and views. Would recommend. The heated family pool was very cold, but after guests raised their concerns it was eventually resolved. The staff did their best to support us and accommodate us. Can’t thank them enough for helping to make it special. "

"The hotel had a lovely view of the volcano and the mountains, but it was quite a long walk away from high street down a steep hill. It wasn’t a problem to do the walk a couple of times, but definitely not every day. "Very good adults only hotel plenty of areas to sun bathe no fighting for a sun bed. Staff kind, polite and helpful the maids always said Buenos días to me and the staff at the afternoon restaurant treated you with absolute respect whether you ordered a meal, snack or just drinks. On the whole a lovely warm and welcoming hotel."

Sun wing lovely family hotel

"Lovely family hotel, very helpful. First room had no sun on balcony so moved after waiting couple days for an available room. Breakfast was ok, would have liked someone to cook me an omelette however quite busy hard to find a clean table to sit at. We would return, thank you "

"Food was plentiful and very good quality apart from giant prawns which unfortunately on one evening were not cleaned inside. This can be dangerous and is a health hazard. Apart from that cannot fault hotel. Staff very courteous and helpful. Overall a lovely stay and we would definitely return"

"The food was less desirable at the grill restaurant. Chicken wasn’t properly cooked and lacked flavor. The ribs were undercooked as well. The chefs at all the restaurants should pay attention to the food before leaving the kitchen, sometimes they lack flavor. But overall, I would recommend this hotel to everyone. I had a great time. "
