Lo único que merece la pena del hotel son las vistas. Desayuno con muy poca variedad y de mala calidad. Habitación muy antigua y deteriorada, los ventanales no cierran bien y los grifos de los baños no funcionan correctamente. Durante el checkin había inmigrantes dormidos en los sofás.

Hotel muy justito de medios. Falta renovación y adaptación al s. XXI. Mobiliario en la habitación muy escaso. Una mesilla para dos y no hay dónde poner maleta y objetos personales por la noche (reloj, gafas, etc.). Todo es demasiado parco. Al llegar nos informaron de que no estaba incluido el desayuno aunque habíamos pagado por ello. Alegaron que el problema era nuestro y relegaron la solución a nuestra gestión telefónica con la agencia. En general, las condiciones y normas de uso del hotel denotan mucha desconfianza sobre el cliente (parece que están maleados por experiencias negativas sufridas con los turistas extranjeros).

Positiv: Tolle zentrale Lage, super Meerblick, Balkon ausreichend groß für 2 Personen, geräumiges Zimmer und Bad, freundliches und hilfsbereits Personal, großer Poolbereich im 6ten Stock). Negativ: - Frühstück nur so gerade genießbar - Wellengang auch bei geschlossener Balkontür nachts hörbar (nichts für Menschen mit leichtem Schlaf). - Keine Parkplätze vorort (aber kostenloser großer Parkplatz in 10 Minuten Fußweg Entfernung)

Vastaanotto erittäin hyvä. Tarjous huone, näköala huoneesta pienelle sisäpihalle.Sisäpihalla keittiön ja huoneiden äänet voimakkaita. Huone oli tilava, mutta yksi ainoa nojatuoli. Kirjoituspöytää varten ei ollut tuolia. Hintaan verrattuna hyvä. Sijainti loistava.

Por el precio q pagamos todo fue excelente con vistas al mar maravillosas no hay lujos pero no puedo pedir mas la verdad q quede satisfecha mi estancia fue muy buena el personal atento ,la limpieza muy buena y el desayuno suficiente ,lo recomendaría 100 % son 3 estrellas es la mejor ubicación del puerto De la Cruz SATISFACTORIO

FIN DE SEMANA DECEPCIONANTE
Mi marido y yo, alquilamos 3 noches. Pasamos la 1ª decente, a la mañana siguiente mi marido se estaba duchando y cortaron el agua sin previo aviso porque habia goteras segun digeron, mi marido termino de aclararse el jabon con una botella de agua. Nos cambiaron de habitacion la cual tenia una cama 40 cms. mas estrecha que la anterior, por lo cual no pudimos descansar la segunda noche. El tercer dia decidimos avandonar el hotel y el unico que se preocupo por nosotros fue el camarero de noche un tal Julio que por cierto muy profesional. En recepcion,al indicarle que nos ibamos un dia antes, ni se inmutaron, hicimos las cuentas y hasta la proxima. bastante decepcionante la verdad.

Kicsit retro de kényelmes szállás.
Jól éreztük magunkat. Jó elhelyezkedés, finom vacsorák, segítőkész személyzet. Ami nem tetszett, hogy kétszemélyes ágy helyett 3 egyszemélyest kaptunk, nem közvetlen tengeri kilátást hanem oldalsó kilátást pedig nem ezt rendeltük.
