"Gentleman at the front desk was very enthusiastic and friendly. Rooms are definitely dated, bed was uncomfortable and bathrooms (single room) were very tiny, I could barely move after I got out the shower. My room has a really nice patio that overlooked the canal which was very nice. Very good location."

"We stayed recently and found the hotel staff to be very friendly and helpful. They were sure to let us know of all the local things available and help us with any questions we had. The family room we stayed in was clean, comfortable and a good size for our family of 4. I would recommend this hotel to someone if asked."

"Best hotel we stayed at in Venice. Staff were fantastic, easy 5 minute walk to St Marks Square, the hotel breakfast is fantastic. Especially with a family of 4 this place was perfect. Good beds and amazing cappuccinos made free each morning. I’d recommend for sure !"

"Lovely hotel in a wonderful location. We had an upgrade to a junior suite which was at the rear of the property. So quiet. There are balconies on the first and second floor where you can sit and watch the world go by! The staff were wonderful, really helpful especially Francesca who served breakfast and Lidie and Glerider on reception. It is close to St Marks and the Rialto Bridge and lots of really good restaurants close by."

"Really nice hotel. A very nicely decorated hotel that fits with the style of Venice. Why stay at a modern themed hotel in Venice, I much prefer a hotel like this. Clean and very quiet, centrally located to attractions. There’s no elevator but if you can’t walk up the set of stairs, then you shouldn’t be in Venice with all the stairs anyways. Recommend this hotel, good value and price. "
