"This place gave us a great welcome after a long trip. Great location to everything including water taxi from the airport and to the train station. Everyday they provided maid service. We traveled with a young toddler and it was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend. "

"We stayed at Hotel Residenza Veneziana on May 16th, 2024 and had such amazing experiences. The hotel is located at a very convenient location right on a quiet small canal, within walking distance to everything. The hotel room is decorated with very unique classic Venetian style furniture and fixtures, something not easy to find nowadays, but the bathroom is very updated, modern, nice and clean. We arrived to the apartment after parking outside the city, taking our three young children and luggage across Venice by water taxi and by foot — only to find out THEY HAD RENTED TO SOMEONE ELSE. They had no options and left my family out on the street to figure it out. Do not book. Lowest possible recommendation. "

"Saving grace is the breakfast served right on time and location is really close to San Marco square but otherwise, the building is really old, the bed is unstable and at one point, I saw an insect (cockroach?) crawling on the floor. At $200/night, I expected at least a well lit room with a good mattress/bed. I wish I took pictures of the real state of the room vs the one shown online. "
