"The hotel was an average hotel, very clean and all amenities were in good condition. The TV in the room was a nice tv but all not flexible at all! All channels were in italian and CNN, all other non italian channels were all in German! So if you are francophone or english speaking, you will be surprised. I mentioned 3 times to the reception but the service levels are not there yet."
