"Sergio and Flavia were great hosts. It was very easy to check in and check out. The location was amazing with the perfect balance of quiet and convenient. All the tourist areas were a maximum 10-15 minutes but many were closer. We enjoyed the terrace and the awesome view every morning and evening. This is an A++ Venice apartment. "

"The house is so beautiful and in the most amazing location. You’re close to everything but still tucked away in this little charming square away from the hustle. Our kids could run around in the square, we listened to beautiful music playing outside while we sat on our private balcony. "In summary, we landed at Marco Polo Airport and arrived by boat via Alilaguna Waterbus to the Arsenal Boat dock at 12:00 AM. For your reference once you land at Marco Polo Airport it is a 10 minute walk to the Alilaguna Waterbus terminal. Alfonso was there to greet us at the boat dock. "Roberta was a great host. She helped organize the airport pickup and made sure we had everything we needed for our time in Venice. If you go in the high season with busy canals, be aware that you will have to walk 5 min with your luggage. Also, there is no lift so make sure you don’t overpack. Overall, great rental!"

"Good location"

"Our stay at Carmen and Paola's apartment was simply fantastic. They were very flexible with check in, and allowed us to check in early to drop off luggage. The property was clean and spacious for our family of 4. The location was excellent, only 5 minutes from Piazza San Marco and Rialto, yet very quiet. An amazing view over the canal put this place over the top for us. I highly recommend this home for anyone coming to Venezia!"

"Locanda La Corte is an intimate, friendly characterful property. Our room was beautiful and large with Canal views. Rami, the owner is so hospitable and kind he made us feel so welcome, as did all the staff. We ate dinner in the restaurant on our first night and it was the best meal of our stay in Venice. Really really good. Accompanied by Rami on base guitar! Such a wonderful evening. Breakfast is a simple but delicious buffet with the best coffee and hot chocolate. The hotel is in a quiet area but very easy to walk to the Rialto, San Marco etc and the hotel is a 10 min walk from the nearest Vaporetto stop Ospedale. Watch out for mosquitoes. We got bitten even in February- but that’s Venice, not the hotel. We will be back. "
