"The staff are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was clean and relatively quiet, there was occasional noise in the walkway below but did not bother us. The only problem for me was that the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. I moved to the middle of the bed in order to get any sleep at all. It did not bother my husband though. "

"Best hotel we stayed at in Venice. Staff were fantastic, easy 5 minute walk to St Marks Square, the hotel breakfast is fantastic. Especially with a family of 4 this place was perfect. Good beds and amazing cappuccinos made free each morning. I’d recommend for sure !"

"Lovely stay in Venice. Although advertised as WiFi available there wasn’t. Was given details to link to hotel next door but didn’t work. Room was top floor with small balcony looking over rooftops, it was lovely but a very hot radiator in bathroom which we couldn’t adjust made room very warm. Breakfast was continental butwas plentiful with good choices. Reception staff very helpful. Short walk to Rialto Bridge and St Marc’s."

"Room door was a bit suspicious regarding locking mechanism. “Do Not Disturb” light kept switching off. Unable to control AC/Fan due to overtaking building temperature control. Room felt stuffy at times and had to open windows with screaming children in the courtyard. Often times we could hear dishes clanking as there was a kitchen downstairs. Bathtub/shower had mold and multiple cracks. Felt uncomfortable showering in the restroom. Walls are lined with fabric and they are noticeably dirty. Our...

"The 2 bedroom apartment was perfect for our family of 5. Nice having a kitchen with the kids. Location was great, and easy walking to everything. Check-in was easy and staff all very friendly."

"Lovely hotel in a wonderful location. We had an upgrade to a junior suite which was at the rear of the property. So quiet. There are balconies on the first and second floor where you can sit and watch the world go by! The staff were wonderful, really helpful especially Francesca who served breakfast and Lidie and Glerider on reception. It is close to St Marks and the Rialto Bridge and lots of really good restaurants close by."
