"Gentleman at the front desk was very enthusiastic and friendly. Rooms are definitely dated, bed was uncomfortable and bathrooms (single room) were very tiny, I could barely move after I got out the shower. We were grateful for their kindness and support throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to help us make bookings in the area, figure out transportation, and adjust our plans. Rami, the owner is so hospitable and kind he made us feel so welcome, as did all the staff. We ate dinner in the restaurant on our first night and it was the best meal of our stay in Venice.
