"We loved the location of this property. We took a water taxi from the hotel to the train station. It was very convenient. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. Our room was very spacious and clean. "

"Gentleman at the front desk was very enthusiastic and friendly. Rooms are definitely dated, bed was uncomfortable and bathrooms (single room) were very tiny, I could barely move after I got out the shower. My room has a really nice patio that overlooked the canal which was very nice. Very good location."

"Lovely hotel in a wonderful location. We had an upgrade to a junior suite which was at the rear of the property. So quiet. There are balconies on the first and second floor where you can sit and watch the world go by! The staff were wonderful, really helpful especially Francesca who served breakfast and Lidie and Glerider on reception. It is close to St Marks and the Rialto Bridge and lots of really good restaurants close by."

"Check-in was indicated for 9AM which was too good to be true. Room was ready at standard time of 2PM. Stained walls noted, moderately comfortable mattress. Otherwise slanted floor added to the overall charm of the room. Great staff."

"The hotel is situated centrally within walking distance to main attractions in Venice. Aside from the low water pressure for the shower, everything was great! The breakfast could use some improvements and bedding could use an update. If these things were improved, the stay would be a plus plus. -Thank you very much for pleasant stay! "
