"The place is really Cute. You need to be ready for the climb, but it’s right in the middle of everything. 4-7 minute walk pretty much everywhere. Sunset on the roof is great. Thanks for having us. "

"The apartment is close to the Arsenale vaperetto stop but it is tucked away on a quiet side street. It is a short walk to St Mark’s square along the Grand Canal. The vapetto’s will take you all around to the different islands, check out the website lovevenice.net for nice vaperetto maps and time schedules. We visited Murano and Burrano. "Room door was a bit suspicious regarding locking mechanism. “Do Not Disturb” light kept switching off. Unable to control AC/Fan due to overtaking building temperature control. Room felt stuffy at times and had to open windows with screaming children in the courtyard. Often times we could hear dishes clanking as there was a kitchen downstairs. Bathtub/shower had mold and multiple cracks. Felt uncomfortable showering in the restroom. Walls are lined with fabric and they are noticeably dirty. Our...

"We stayed recently and found the hotel staff to be very friendly and helpful. They were sure to let us know of all the local things available and help us with any questions we had. The family room we stayed in was clean, comfortable and a good size for our family of 4. I would recommend this hotel to someone if asked."

"Great, quiet location, unless your room is next to the canal, where you might hear boats passing by late at night. But honestly, that’s part of the Venice charm. The hotel used to be a convent, and it has a lot of character. Be prepared for some stairs, but there’s a handy back door for a quick shortcut. Overall, we loved our stay, one of the more affordable places we found. Plus, the breakfast was excellent!"
