"The staff are friendly and welcoming, the bed was comfy, the room had tea coffee available. Breakfast was good as there was a nice selection of food and drinks. The only downside is the walls are not soundproof. So any noisy guests talking or banging doors would be an inconvenience. The shower took a bit of tuning to get the temperature right. Other than that I enjoyed my stay."

"Lovely apartment clean and well layed out, but to have a microwave hob and oven I feel it should have pots and pans and cooking utensils. There is a tv mounted on the wall but no aerial lead so you could only get on demand programs. Coffee tea and sugar was provided. This is a new complex ( about a month old )and I understand that it’s still needs refining "

"Staff were very polite and friendly. Car park was full (had the last place) and the bar was very noisy - a lot of people and it was Friday. The meal was good “pub grub” and the local ale was wonderful - Wye Valley brewery."

"1st time my brother & I have stayed here. We were well impressed. Our room was lovely & warm. Beds comfy. Plenty of tea , coffee etc. large LCD TV in the room. Bathroom was a bit small but acceptable. Given the price of £63 we were more than happy & would book to stay here again."

"Check in was 15:00. I arrived at 16:20 and the room was still not ready. I complained to the woman at the bar which serves as the reception, she apologised, asked me if I wanted a drink while I waited and then tried to charge me for it! Not a good start to my stay. However, the room itself was lovely, clean, comfortable, modern and stylish. Extremely good value for the price and literally opposite the train station. Entry to the hotel is via an app you have to download, but it worked well...

"Located above a petrol station, as a lone traveler felt slightly vulnerable entering the building given the location. However, once inside it was comfortable and clean and surprisingly quiet. Good communication and instructions prior to stay. A kettle would have been preferable as I couldn’t make a cup of tea with the coffee machine, it appeared to be missing a part to allow for hot water. When I made a hot chocolate instead, there was a build up of black grime that ended up in my drink that put...

"Comfortable bed and nice linens and fluffy new towels. Good tea and coffee sachets plus toiletries. Room was a little too warm but not a huge problem."

"Great traditional pub in a suburban area ( visit to relative) wonderful publican and staff. Parking was very tight. Stayed in the room frequented by British rock stars Robert Plant and Christie McVie, which was a nice. Despite being next to rail station we heard nothing. Fabulous’full English’ breakfast - try it !! No elevator - quite a number of stairs. "
